Your Mental Health Journey

Begins here.

Meet Me: Tim Connely LMFT

Hi there! I am glad you are reaching out. It requires bravery to ask for help. Congratulations on your first step.

A bit about myself, I have a BA in education from Gonzaga University. I also have my masters of education (Med) in Behavioral Analysis from the same University. I worked for almost ten years as a special education teacher to middle school children, before moving back up to my hometown and pursuing a degree in psychology. Somewhere in between working and returning to school my wife and I welcomed three children into our family. I love being a parent and attempt to bring that often humbling lens to my therapeutic relationships. I love to hike, spend time with my family, watch Gonzaga basketball, and listen to podcasts. I hope to meet you soon and would be very honored to support you, your family, or your child.

Kindest Regards,

Tim

"There will be difficult climbs, uncomfortable passes, and vistas we would not have found if not for our combined efforts.”

I envision therapy as a hike we are embarking on together. There will be difficult climbs, uncomfortable passes, and vistas we would not have found if not for our combined efforts. Many people look at the mountain before them and become discouraged, but I want you to know that whether you feel as though you are at the beginning of the climb or experiencing a difficult switch back, I will meet you wherever you are and you will be better for starting this journey.
